“Man sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices his money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.”  – H.H. the 14th Dalai Lama

Be one of the first companies to provide your executives and employees with a cutting edge wellness benefit, while in the office or working from home, that not only has the potential to increase productivity and profits, but also dramatically improve people’s lives.  Meditation with Grace is a term I’ve coined that combines meditation with Energy Healing work. It can be a profound experience, if one is open, that resets the mind and clears the body, promoting increased creativity and peace throughout the workday.

Why provide this service? People spend the majority of their lives at their place of work, many quietly suffering with burn out, intense anxiety and emotional overwhelm. When given the tools and support to navigate overwhelm and fear, colleagues can more easily navigate and heal unresolved personal issues enabling one to reach their potential, ultimately bringing their best selves to the work environment.

Meditation with Grace connects us to our body, mind and higher self. Ten to twenty minute meditations offered throughout the day:

  • Calms the central nervous system, reducing stress
  • Improves focus
  • Connects one to the innate wisdom and creativity within
  • Fosters a deeper sense of connection to self
  • Creates healthier interpersonal relationships at work and home life
  • Helps clear unconscious fears
  • Helps heal unresolved personal issues
Sessions can be virtual or in person and can take as little as 15 to 20 minutes.
Lisa brings a level of professionalism and peace to a hectic work day that allows me to go back to my desk invigorated and renewed. Her meditations are truly life changing. -Amy
